Job summary

Webb Heating & Air Conditioning, part of TurnPoint Services, seeks an Electrical Technician to perform installations, diagnostics, and repairs for residential and commercial customers. You will work under safety standards and deliver high-quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in electrical service, a solid understanding of electrical theory, wiring methods, panels, grounding/bonding, and a valid driver’s license. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Licensing: State Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 3+ years of electrical service, maintenance, or installation experience.
• Strong safety knowledge and adherence to NEC/NFPA 70E standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics & repair of electrical circuits, panels, switches, outlets, lighting, and components.
• Installations including new circuits, lighting upgrades, panel replacements, EV chargers, and system upgrades.
• Preventive maintenance and load testing to ensure code compliance and reliability.
• Follow NEC, NFPA, and company safety standards; ensure work passes inspections.
• Accurate service tickets with materials used and time spent; clear customer communication.
