Job summary

Webb Heating & Air Conditioning, part of TurnPoint Services, is hiring an HVAC Install Technician for residential and light commercial systems in North Carolina. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, attention to detail, and delivering an excellent customer experience on every project.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of installation experience, EPA Universal Certification, and the ability to read blueprints, with a commitment to safety and professionalism on site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential or light commercial HVAC installation.
• HVAC trade school certificate or equivalent experience.
• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals.
• Strong understanding of HVAC system design, airflow, and duct layout.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and ventilation components.
• Lay out, fabricate, and install ductwork and related fittings to specification.
• Perform start-up, testing, and commissioning of newly installed equipment.
• Ensure installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding system operation and maintenance.
