Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; an Associate Technical Degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in electrical system support, ideally in automotive.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Self-motivated, task-focused, and able to work as part of a cross-functional team.
• Experience with electrical schematics and diagnostic equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve complex electrical problems.
• Install missing components as needed.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Lead resolution of electrical defects and reworks.
• Maintain electrical documentation for shop floor applications.
• Perform function tests and support 5S in the work area.
• Communicate with engineering and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Meet production goals and participate in continuous improvement.
