Job summary

Hydromat Inc. seeks an Electrical Technician to work on industrial wiring and assembly of control cabinets and automation equipment. You will read schematics, wire cabinets, and support motion control systems with PLCs and robotics. You should have an associate degree in industrial electricity and 2+ years of related experience to join our climate-controlled facility in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Assemble control cabinets, pendant controls, electrical boxes, and attachments.
• Take ownership of industrial wiring projects for precise equipment.
• Install automation and prototype equipment with troubleshooting opportunities.
• Measure, examine, and test AC/DC circuits with a multi-meter to diagnose problems.
• Perform three-phase wiring of motors for spindles, conveyors, pumps, and VFDs.
• Collaborate with engineering on motion control systems, PLCs, and robotics.
• Identify equipment and process concerns and provide improvement suggestions.
