Job Summary:

We are hiring Industrial Electrical Technicians to support, maintain, and improve production equipment in a lean manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance

• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems

• Upgrade, design, and install industrial electrical equipment

• Read and interpret electrical schematics

• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams

• Follow and promote strong safety practices

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industrial or military electrical maintenance experience

• Experience troubleshooting 480V motors and controls

• 2-year Electrical degree or 5+ years of industrial electrical experience

• Familiarity with PLC systems, AC & DC motors, and drives

• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, automation, and control systems

• Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology

• Experience in steel mill electrical maintenance

• Knowledge of drives, Level 1 devices, NFPA 70E standards

• Maintenance experience with overhead cranes

• Familiarity with electrical substations and equipment

• Experience working with vendors and contractors
