Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a qualified Electrical Maintenance Technician for a client in the cement manufacturing sector. The role focuses on electrical repair, preventive maintenance, and on-call support to ensure 24/7 operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with at least 3 years in electrical work within cement or related industries, and an associate degree or Electrical Technology studies are preferred. On-site work with on-call requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the electrical field in the cement manufacturing or related industry.
• Must be able to meet on-call responsibilities and emergency call-out to support 24/7 operations.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Field of study in Electrical Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repair work, preventive maintenance and emergency call-out tasks on plant electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot potential concerns to maintain maximum productivity.
• Modify PMR job plans across the facility as needed.
• Maintain equipment reliability within standards.
• Document problem-solving efforts for repeat issues.
