Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting for a skilled electrical technician in the cement manufacturing sector. The role focuses on electrical repair, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to emergencies to keep plant operations running smoothly.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in the electrical field within cement manufacturing or related industries, with on-call capabilities for 24/7 support. An associate degree and Electrical Technology study are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the electrical field in the cement manufacturing or related industry.
• Must be able to meet on-call responsibilities and emergency call-out to support 24/7 operations.
• Associate's degree preferred and Electrical Technology field studied.

Responsibilities

• Perform all electrical repair work, preventative maintenance and emergency call-out tasks on plant electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot potential concerns to maintain maximum productivity.
• Make recommendations for modifying PMR job plans throughout the facility.
• Maintain reliability of equipment within standards.
• Document all problem solving efforts related to repeat issues.
