• Experience with prototyping and rapid iteration

• Adaptability in high-pressure, shifting role environments

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead prototype electrical integration for client's mobile vehicle fleet.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to test, wire, and assemble custom Grounded electrical components.
• Interpret and apply electrical schematics and shop drawings
• Assist in rapid iteration and troubleshooting of builds in a fast-paced environment
• Work extended hours and weekends as necessary during build cycles

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

This is a contract to hire role. The initial contract will be for 2 months, with the opportunity to come on full time for someone who raises the bar. This role will be compensated with a hourly pay plus overtime (and opportunities for overtime every week).
