Job summary

Renu Energy Solutions in Charlotte, NC is hiring a field installation helper to support residential and commercial solar and energy storage projects. You will assist with system installation, electrical work from start to finish, and field service tasks under the guidance of the Electrical Team Lead.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and quick learning in a fast-paced renewable-energy environment, with opportunities to develop hands-on electrical and solar skills across multiple project

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work safely on rooftops, ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces.
• General knowledge of electrical work, construction, and OSHA safety practices.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of solar PV and energy storage systems from start to finish.
• Install system components while following electrical diagrams, specifications, and project requirements.

• System Installation: Assist with the installation of solar PV and energy storage systems from start to finish.

Requirements

Required / Minimum

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred / Helpful

• 1+ year of electrical experience
• 1+ year of solar electrical experience
