Job summary

HDT in Spokane, WA seeks an Electrical Assembler to produce and install panels and/or harnesses into assemblies using provided wire lists and predrilled panels.

The role requires familiarity with hand and power tools, EMI connectors, and low voltage wiring (24V AC/DC); overtime and weekend work may be required; strong adherence to quality and safety standards is expected.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred, Associate’s degree or Vocational certificate in electrical preferred but not required.
  • Minimum one year of electrical systems experience, 2+ years preferred.
  • Experience with hand and power tools required.
  • Knowledge of phase coloring: identify different gauges of wire.
  • Experience with EMI Connectors and building cables: knowledge of low voltage wiring 24V AC/DC.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime when necessary, including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Produces and/or installs panels and/or harnesses into assemblies with provided wire lists and predrilled panels.
  • Wire panels and/or components within assemblies.
  • Accurately reports shop floor production data via computer terminal and/or written reporting.
  • Follows both visual and written work instructions in order to complete assigned tasks within set time allotted.
  • Performs cycle counting of parts and material handling duties as required.
  • Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization.
  • Adheres to all quality and safety standards.
  • Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned.

  • Pay or shift range: $18 USD to $24.15 USD
    The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
