Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a hands-on Electrical Test Technician for our lab in Ohio. You will perform electrical verification on components and systems using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and programmable power supplies to ensure specifications and regulatory criteria are met.

You will document results clearly, troubleshoot faults with engineers, and help develop test methods and procedures. Safety and collaboration are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
• Hands-on experience in electrical testing or technician roles.
• Solid grasp of circuits and system-level behavior.
• Fluency with bench instruments and electrical test tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Day in the Life — 44202, OHMorning coffee in hand, you step into our lab in 44202, OH. You power up an oscilloscope, check your multimeter leads, and queue a test profile on the power supply. A prototype powers on. You watch the traces, compare readings to specs, log the results, and flag an anomaly. By mid-morning, you’re shoulder‑to‑shoulder with an engineer, isolating a fault and proposing a fix. After lunch, you refine a test method, tidy the bench, and join a short training session on a new measurement technique.
