Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Integrated Solution Test Technician to troubleshoot, test, and inspect complex electrical systems up to 480V. The role includes operating test equipment, writing detailed test reports, and coordinating with customers. Some positions may require travel to customer locations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (GED) and 1–2 years in the electrical industry, with preferred Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics and ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical industry and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attitude toward targets regarding reliability, safety, quality and productivity.
• Perform testing and maintenance of electrical systems up to 480V.
• Test transformers, automatic transfer switches, generators, power meters and breakers.
• Troubleshoot relays, calibration, load and power quality instruments.
• Document test results and prepare detailed test reports.
• Read and interpret electrical standards.
• Participate in business development and expansion.
• Complete trainings on testing complex electrical systems safely.
• Maintain tools/equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Travel to customer locations may be required.
