Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise seeks an ID1 Facilities Electrical Program Coordinator to help plan, coordinate, and continuously improve maintenance, reliability, asset management, and compliance programs for critical electrical infrastructure.

You will serve as a key interface among operations, engineering, reliability, planning, and support teams to keep maintenance programs, equipment records, audit evidence, and documentation accurate and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in engineering technology, facilities management, or related field.
  • Experience coordinating maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or business processes.
  • Experience with SAP PM, CMMS, or asset management systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance planning, asset management, and reliability programs for critical electrical infrastructure while ensuring manufacturing readiness.
  • Create, maintain, and improve SAP asset data, maintenance plans, equipment records, and documentation.
  • Support TPM, FMEA, corrective action tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage document control processes, including procedures and record retention.
  • Coordinate audit readiness activities and evidence collection for compliance.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Facilities, Operations, Engineering, Reliability, and EHS teams to identify gaps and drive improvements.
  • Track action items and use approved tools to enhance reporting and data analysis.

Job Summary:

The ID1 Facilities Electrical team supports the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of electrical power systems critical to semiconductor manufacturing. The organization is responsible for electrical infrastructure reliability, maintenance execution, operational readiness, documentation control, and continuous improvement activities that help enable safe and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

The Electrical Systems Program Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of maintenance, reliability, asset management, and compliance programs within the ID1 Electrical Systems organization.

This role serves as a key interface between operations, engineering, reliability, planning, and support organizations to ensure maintenance programs, equipment records, audit requirements, training documentation, and operational processes remain accurate, effective, and aligned with business objectives. The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in driving operational readiness, managing program execution, and improving business processes that support manufacturing reliability and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance planning, asset management, and reliability programs supporting critical electrical infrastructure while ensuring high-volume manufacturing readiness through current maintenance programs, training records, and operational documentation.

  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve SAP asset data, maintenance plans, equipment records, task lists, and associated documentation to support operational excellence.

  • Support Total Productive Management (TPM), FMEA, corrective action tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment reliability and operational performance.

  • Manage document control processes including procedure development, reviews, revisions, approvals, record retention, and document compliance.

  • Coordinate audit readiness activities, including documentation management, evidence collection, corrective action implementation, and closure tracking to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze reports, dashboards, scorecards, and key performance metrics to monitor program effectiveness and drive data-based decision-making.

  • Partner with Facilities, Operations, Engineering, Reliability, and EHS teams to identify program gaps, resolve operational challenges, and implement process improvement opportunities.

  • Coordinate and track action items related to maintenance, reliability, compliance, and operational improvement initiatives while using approved digital and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, documentation, data analysis, and business process efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience supporting maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, industrial operations, or business process coordination.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Reliability, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.

  • Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing, critical facilities, or other high-reliability operations.

  • Knowledge of TPM, FMEA, root cause analysis, reliability programs, or continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Experience supporting audits, compliance programs, corrective action management, or operational readiness activities.

  • Experience with Power BI, KPI reporting, Lean, Six Sigma, reliability initiatives, or project/program coordination.
