Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hardware design experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience leading or participating in design reviews.
  • Familiarity with engineering change management processes.
  • Experience in high voltage, RF power, PCB design areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of electrical/electronic hardware systems.
  • Manage electromechanical projects including power distribution, robotics, safety interlocks, vacuum systems, high-voltage applications.
  • Develop schedules, requirements, verification plans, and design docs.
  • Participate in design reviews and technical evaluations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and offshore resources.
  • Conduct testing, analyze results, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure safety standards and customer specs are met.
  • Interface with suppliers to support development.
