Job summary

C3M Power Systems LLC is seeking a Systems Manager to join our Central Engineering and BIM team working on nationwide projects. You will prepare detailed information, produce CADD shop drawings, and support project teams from field surveys to as-builts.

You will lead BIM development with the BIM Manager, review requirements, and coordinate with Sr. Engineers and Project Managers. Expect heavy on-site activity, travel, and a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 3+ years in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Eng, BIM/VDC, Construction, and Electrical Contracting.
• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, Trimble Total Station, and Lidar field surveying.
• Familiarity with ANSI device number list.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with travel.
• Read single-line drawings, ladder diagrams, Boolean logic.
• Aligned with C3M Standards of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review CADD shop drawings for installation.
• Develop model intelligence for revised standards or project needs.
• Review project BIM requirements and submittals.
• Update drawings in Revit and coordinate with field teams.
• Attend coordination meetings and communicate changes impacting cost/schedule.
• Layout points with Trimble Total Station and manage field data.
• QA/QC for submitted work and document changes.
• Create electrical floor plans using CAD, Bluebeam, and Office.
