AVIAN is seeking an Engineering Technician to support the MQ-25/PMA-268 program at NAS Patuxent River, MD. You will work with the engineering staff to build, repair, adjust and modify electrical components and circuitry for testing and design decisions. Ideal candidates have 3–10 years of experience, U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 to 10 years of engineering experience.
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to sensitive customer requirements.
• Salary range for this role is $100,000-$110,000.

Responsibilities

• Operate and install integrated computer/communication systems.
• Test consoles, simulators, and data acquisition systems.
• Provide support to appropriate test equipment as requested by engineering staff.
• Capable of utilizing test equipment to measure effectiveness and accuracy of equipment.
• Apply electrical and electronic theory and related knowledge.
• Build, repair, adjust and modify electrical components, circuitry, controls and machinery under supervision.
