Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related industry or technology experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems.
• Knowledge of high-voltage systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel less than 15%.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve electrical and programming issues on the production line.
• Participate in electrical checkouts and support new production launches.
• Create and release programming updates and engineering solutions.
• Analyze J1939 network traffic to diagnose electrical/communication issues.
• Test electrical and programming solutions in manufacturing environments.
• Support supplier approvals, vendor testing, and audits.
• Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, suppliers, and teams to root-cause and solve.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process initiatives.
