Lincoln Electric in Michigan City, IN is seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer to design, develop, and support harness-integrated electrical systems for truck upfits. This role focuses on power distribution, control systems, lighting, and telematics to enable safe and reliable vehicle builds.
You will collaborate with production and field service to ensure DOT/SAE compliance, troubleshooting hardware in prototype, production, and service phases. CAD tools and CAN bus expertise are essential.

Design, develop, and support electrical systems for commercial truck upfitting applications, including power distribution, control systems, lighting, auxiliary equipment, hydraulic controls, PTO systems, telematics, and customer-specific electrical integrations. Support engineering, production, and field service teams to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant vehicle builds.
