Responsibilities

• Bridge hardware and software, developing firmware and driving prototyping initiatives.
• Oversee daily lab operations: equipment calibration, inventory, safety protocols.
• Independently design, develop, and test electrical systems and components per specs and standards.
• Perform calculations, simulations, and analyses to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
• Lead small projects, ensure timely delivery within budget and quality.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
