Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Proficiency in MATLAB for modeling, simulation, data analysis and engineering solutions
• Hands-on experience designing, prototyping, assembling and testing physical electronic circuits

Responsibilities

• Bridge hardware and software by developing firmware and automating testing
• Oversee daily lab operations, calibration, inventory, and safety protocols
• Independently design, develop and test electrical systems per project specs
• Perform calculations, simulations and analyses to optimize performance
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to resolve complex technical challenges
• Lead small projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
• Participate in continuous improvement of design processes
