Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to analyze, design, and manage complex systems across the lifecycle.

You will translate customer needs into technical requirements, architectures, and engineering solutions while ensuring performance and reliability. The role collaborates across disciplines, supports MBSE and digital engineering, and interfaces with software, hardware, cybersecurity, and test teams to verify and validate system performance.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years related experience.
• Experience translating customer and mission needs into technical requirements and architectures.
• Ability to develop and maintain system architectures, analyses, models, and baselines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, mission, and operational needs and translate into measurable system requirements.
• Develop, decompose, allocate, and maintain system requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Define system interfaces, data flows, and dependencies between subsystems and external systems.
• Support MBSE and digital engineering initiatives and SysML modeling.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, cybersecurity, network, and test teams to ensure system objectives are addressed.
