Role Overview

We’re seeking an exceptional "Electrical Systems Engineer" to lead the design and development of our high‑power (2kV // 7kA) non‑invasive TMS neuromodulation system. You’ll drive the architecture of the world’s most efficient, scalable brain stimulator—improving our current system while designing a next‑gen v2. This is a hands‑on role for a 10x engineer passionate about mental health, with the opportunity to build a team as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Integration: Define system architecture, integrate subsystems.
  • Circuit Design: Design and lay out control circuit boards and other key electronics.
  • Firmware Development: Program in C++.
  • Component & Compliance: Specify components, ensure regulatory standards.
  • Testing & Risk: Develop tests, manage safety risks, build to medical device standards.
  • Contractor & Vendor Management: Oversee contractors, collaborate with vendors.
  • Documentation & Improvement: Maintain records, drive design improvements.
