Job summary

RESA Power is actively seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems and components in alignment with safety, quality, and sustainability goals. This role emphasizes reliability and regulatory compliance across client projects.

The ideal candidate will leverage AutoCAD and MS Office, read schematics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Some overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent experience or a minimum of 5 years of combined experience.
• Experience in electrical control systems and/or components design.
• Familiarity with reading electrical schematics and control diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform design work for electrical projects using engineering principles and software.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet specs and schedules.
• Review drawings for compliance with design requirements and codes.
