Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be energetic, deliver superior customer service, and be comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, recommending products, managing the sales process from start to finish, and supporting the sales manager with duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience in electrical supply and distribution preferred.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and business technology.
• Excellent verbal communications skills and professionalism.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Address incoming customers, retrieve products and follow up until completion of sale.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and make recommendations based on opportunity.
• Manage customer expectations by ensuring all commitments are met.
• Build and monitor sales pipeline.
• Other duties as assigned by your sales manager.
