Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to help drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while delivering superior service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, comfortable speaking face to face with customers, eager to learn about electrical products and services, and able to multi-task, prioritize, and build a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven retail experience in electrical supply preferred.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and business technology.
• Excellent verbal communications skills and professionalism.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn about electrical products and anticipate customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Address incoming customers, retrieve products and follow up until completion of sale.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and make recommendations based off opportunity.
• Manage customer expectations by ensuring all commitments are met.
• Build and monitor sales pipeline.
• Other duties as assigned by your sales manager.
