Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Quality Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in supplier quality, procurement, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Experience with supplier qualification, development, quality assurance, and performance management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC, RCCA, 8D, Six Sigma, DFMEA, PFMEA.
• Experience conducting supplier audits and driving corrective actions.

Aufgaben

• Lead qualification of new suppliers within an assigned region.
• Manage PPAP requirements and approvals for new suppliers and products.
• Conduct supplier audits and evaluate supplier quality management systems.
• Lead supplier quality investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier performance and develop improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Reliability, and suppliers to meet quality objectives.
