Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer - Electrical to own quality of electrical equipment for PowerFLX packages and turnkey plants, from supplier qualification to FAT and shipment release.

This hands-on, supplier-facing role reviews ITPs, witnesses FATs, and ensures compliance with specs, schedules, and corrective actions. Travel across the US and internationally may be required to support suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology is required.
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in supplier quality or QA/QC for power equipment.
• Must be fluent in English and able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and chair supplier quality reviews with each supplier.
• Review and approve ITPs, test procedures, and quality plans.
• Witness FATs and verify test setups and acceptance criteria.
• Dispositions for nonconformances and drive corrective actions with suppliers.
• Maintain supplier scorecards and quarterly improvement plans.
