This role focuses on setting direction, mentoring technicians, and ensuring safety and compliance while advancing projects that improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial electrical or controls experience.
• 3+ years leading or supervising maintenance or electrical teams.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of industrial electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting.
• Ability to lead people, set direction, and make decisions under pressure.
• Understanding of OSHA and NFPA 70E safety standards.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for keeping equipment running, solving complex electrical and PLC issues, and leading a team of skilled technicians in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. We're looking for someone who doesn’t just fix problems‑but can lead others through solving them, set direction, and keep things moving when production is on the line.

What You'll Do

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to regularly walk the production floor and interact with manufacturing teams
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout manufacturing areas during assessments and improvement activities
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to support multiple shifts and work flexible hours when required to facilitate improvement initiatives
• Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments
