Job summary

Qualdoc seeks an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor II – Electrical in Petersburg, VA to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment. The role focuses on electrical systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure while driving safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate will lead preventive/predictive maintenance, partner with operations to improve equipment performance, and ensure a strong safety culture within a 1st shift, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or HS diploma with 5+ years of electrical experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, motors, transformers, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with HVAC systems, baghouses, switchyards, and scale systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and maintenance management software.
• Proven leadership with a strong focus on safety, quality, and team development.
