Qualifications

• Certification as an electrician or electrical technician is beneficial.
• Proven supervisory experience in construction is required.
• Minimum 2+ years in field construction management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of electricians and electrical technicians, assigning tasks and mentoring.
• Coordinate electrical work with project managers, contractors and other trades to align with project schedule.
• Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems per codes and specs.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to design and standards.
• Manage resources including manpower, equipment and materials for efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the team.
• Maintain project documentation: progress, materials usage and labor hours.
