Job summary

Dematic is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to lead our on-site installation teams. The role requires 100% travel and can be based anywhere in the US.

You will ensure the quality, safety, and timely execution of electrical installation projects on site, coordinating in-house and subcontractor work, and reporting to project managers and customers. Responsibilities include quality checklists, safety audits, equipment trials, training contract labor, and clear trip reports.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• Experience coordinating installation teams and subcontractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation quality on project sites, including both manufacturing and subcontractor work.
• Complete quality checklists and submit corrective actions when discrepancies are identified.
• Maintain on-site safety, including performing safety audits and enforcing standards.
• Assist with routine equipment trial runs to verify specifications and accurate installation per Dematic standards.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule, resources, and project status to project leads and/or customers.
• Train and support contract labor and subcontractors in the installation of Dematic and other material handling equipment.
• Write clear, concise, and timely trip reports according to Dematic procedures.
• Identify and resolve on-site problems, and perform physical tasks as needed (push, pull, crawl, squat, lift at least 50 lbs.).
• Must have a vehicle, work tools and valid driver's license
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, off-shifts, and overtime as needed

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $75,225.00 - $101,775.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience

Preferred Requirements:

• Associates degree
• Service experience with AGVs, AS/RS, or conveyors
• Experience in quality assurance and adherence to installation standards.
• Ability to obtain OSHA 30 certification
• Proficient with personal computers, spreadsheets, and weekly status reporting.
