The Electrical Supervisor plays a vital leadership role in overseeing daily manufacturing operations and coordinating production activities through direct supervision of assigned staff. This position involves prioritizing tasks, delegating assignments, training team members, and ensuring timely completion of work orders to meet client requirements. Key responsibilities include managing material flow, implementing process improvements, and supporting continuous production in a fast‑paced environment. The Supervisor ensures production schedules are met safely and efficiently while fostering team performance and development.
This position does have leadership/supervisory responsibilities.
This position does not require travel.
