Job summary

Next Level Technician is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead the conveyance scope on a major mission-critical construction project. You will own field production, manpower, scheduling, QA/QC, and coordination with the GC.

The ideal candidate has proven superintendent experience on large-scale commercial or data center projects, proficient with PlanGrid and Procore, and comfortable using tablets for daily documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior field leader on large-scale projects.
• Experience reading complex drawings and specs.
• Strong QA/QC and safety background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire conveyance scope and field production.
• Manage Leads and field crews, manpower, and resource allocation.
• Plan and sequence work based on project schedules.
• Coordinate with GC regarding access, sequencing, and constraints.
• Lead daily field planning and achieve milestones.
• Read and interpret drawings, specs, and pathway layouts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and punch-list closure.
• Monitor QA/QC and safety performance.
• Participate in daily GC coordination meetings.
