Qualifications

• Experience managing 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours.
• Demonstrated success supervising 2-4 or more supervisors.
• Experience leading large construction and data center projects.
• Willing to travel to various job sites.
• Motivated for professional development, aiming for LEED and NICET II certifications.

Responsibilities

• Organize and field manage electrical projects to increase effectiveness.
• Manage 2-4 crews with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees.
• Independently start and manage projects.
• Maintain a focus on daily production and customer satisfaction.
• Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices.
