Qualifications

• 10+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience, including at least 4 years as foreman or superintendent.
• Leadership/supervisory experience on projects over $1 million is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site installation of electrical wiring, systems, controls, equipment, and fixtures.
• Coordinate with project managers and foremen to ensure successful and profitable project completion.
• Read, understand, and interpret drawings, blueprints, specifications, and other contract documents.
• Lead, train, and mentor foremen and junior leaders.
• Interface with customers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and other trades.
• Ensure daily job reporting and QA/QC across multiple crews.
