Job summary

The State Group is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for a 24-month project in Hawesville, Kentucky. You will lead electrical teams, coordinate site activities with multiple trades, and maintain schedule and quality from start to finish.

Join a team focused on safety, cost control, and client satisfaction. The role requires 10+ years of experience in electrical construction, and membership in good standing with IBEW is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction with supervisory or management experience.
• Experience leading electrical construction teams on large industrial projects over $50M.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to support Schedule Planning.

Responsibilities

• Build electrical teams that drive project performance, monitor estimates and schedules, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead site coordination with multiple trades and subcontractors to maintain schedule, quality, and safety.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and contractors through pre- and post-tender phases.
• Review bid documents and customer specs to estimate labor, materials, and costs.
• Support cost analyses and track project performance weekly.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety regs, and ISO 9001:2015.
