Job summary

Jayco Talent is seeking an Electrical Superintendent in Albuquerque, NM, to lead field operations from groundbreaking to turnover on large scale projects. Relocation or structured travel options are available for qualified candidates, with a team that empowers you to lead the field.

You will manage electrical crews, coordinate with PMs, GCs, owners, and engineers, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supervising electrical scopes of $50M+ on ground-up commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong command of electrical systems, installation sequencing, and NEC/code compliance.
• Experience leading crews and coordinating with multiple trades on active job sites.
• Proficiency with construction technology tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
• A leadership style that builds trust, drives accountability, and keeps the field moving.
• Ability to communicate clearly with PMs, field teams, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through final turnover.
• Lead and manage electrical crews, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, GCs, owners, and engineers to keep schedules tight and issues resolved.
• Conduct site walks, safety audits, and quality inspections to ensure clean, compliant execution.
• Oversee installation of electrical systems including feeders, switchgear, distribution, lighting, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower tracking, and field documentation.
• Mentor field leaders and build a strong, motivated team culture.
