Job summary

RALCO Electric & Generator is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead a small crew, oversee multiple projects, provide technical direction, and maintain strong customer relations on site in Massachusetts. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality workmanship while supporting field crews and inspectors.

Qualifications

• MA Journeyman or Master Electrician license required (RI license preferred).
• 10–15 years of electrical experience across residential, commercial, industrial & service work.
• Proven leadership supervising electrical crews and coordinating field operations.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical best practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs and electrical drawings.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical oversight for field personnel across multiple projects.
• Ensure safety, on-time scheduling, and adherence to quality standards.
• Meet with inspectors to coordinate inspections and code compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, customers, and office staff.
• Visit jobsites to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and workforce coordination.
• Identify change orders or service opportunities for future work.
• Uphold OSHA, NEC, and company safety policies; lead by example.
