Job Title: Electrical Superintendent - Garland, TX
Location: Garland, TX - On-site (field)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 Annually + $600 Monthly Vehicle Allowance and Fuel
This opportunity is with one of the largest open-shop electrical contractors in Texas, ranked among the top 10 electrical contractors in the state, with a 30+ year track record and expanding operations across Oklahoma. The company's expertise spans nearly every corner of electrical construction, from design-build and industrial work to large-scale healthcare, aviation, education, and data center projects, and it has built a reputation with general contractors for precision, reliability, and on-time delivery.
The company runs one of the strongest VDC/BIM departments in the state, producing shop drawings to a rigorous LOD 400 detail level and coordinating directly with an in-house prefabrication department to speed up field installation and reduce on-site labor. The virtual design team averages well over a decade of electrical industry experience, and the department fosters a detail-oriented, collaborative culture built on clear communication and dependable delivery.
The Electrical Superintendent runs field operations on one commercial or industrial project at a time, from manpower and short-term scheduling through quality control and closeout. This is the on-site leader for the electrical scope: the Superintendent plans and directs production to the contracted scope, coordinates with the general contractor and other trades, and holds the field team to code, spec, schedule, and budget.
The role works directly with the project manager and is accountable for a safe, productive, and well-run jobsite, along with the training, development, and performance of the field team. The position includes a $600 monthly vehicle allowance plus fuel.
