Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join our national Mission Critical team in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires 5+ years on-site management of electrical construction for data center projects and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will lead subcontractors, manage CPM schedules, oversee budgets and safety, review drawings, assist procurement, and ensure quality control across projects. Travel to job sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mission critical electrical construction.
• Post high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol tests.
• Experience leading a project team and coordinating with multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor performance on site.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage project budgets and safety programs.
• Review design documents and shop drawings.
• Support material procurement and align with master schedule.
• Establish and monitor quality control programs.
• Value-engineer and seek cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate with all project stakeholders and teams.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
