Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site electrical construction for mission-critical facilities. You will supervise on-site teams, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, review drawings, and drive safe, compliant installation from construction through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in commercial building construction.
• Experience supporting hyperscale or mission-critical data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor on-site electrical teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high performance and adherence to project standards.
• Provide hands-on electrical systems support in the field, including layout verification and installation sequencing.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and monitoring of electrical construction activities to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate installation and inspection of electrical systems including switchgear, UPS, generators, PDUs, bus ducts, and low-voltage systems.
