Loenbro, LLC in Temple, TX, seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations and craft personnel. You will work with project management to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget, and guide foremen and crews through complex electrical installations.

The ideal candidate has extensive electrical trade experience, strong leadership across multi-crew projects, and the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and BIM models.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the electrical trade, preferably with data center construction.
• Experience managing projects with multiple crews and 150+ craft employees.
• Ability to interpret drawings, submittals, specs, and BIM detailing.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of all project craft employees.
• Work with project management to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
• Maintain construction schedule; train foremen on 3-week look-ahead planning.

Job Summary

Electrical Superintendent oversees all field operations and craft personnel, working closely with project management to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role manages construction schedules, materials and equipment procurement, QA/QC compliance, and safety programs while guiding foremen and large crews through complex electrical installations. The ideal candidate brings extensive electrical trade experience, strong leadership across multi-crew projects, and the ability to interpret detailed drawings, specifications, and BIM models.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Oversee management of all project craft employees.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure adherence to the project schedule and budget.
• Maintain the construction schedule for the entire project, ensuring its accuracy and relevance throughout the project lifecycle. Train foremen to develop, monitor, and adhere to a 3-week look-ahead schedule accordingly.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the project.
• Ensure that all work meets required standards and compliance. Assist in the implementation of QA/QC programs.
• Promote and enforce safety standards on the project site. This includes conducting safety audits, providing safety training to staff, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

• 8+ years of experience in the electrical trade, preferably with data center construction or related fields.
• Experience managing projects with multiple crews and at least 150 craft employees.
• Proficiency in interpreting and comprehending drawings, submittals, specifications, and BIM detailing.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred:

• Ability to develop, monitor, and adjust construction schedules for overall projects
• Ability to contribute to or direct installation and troubleshooting processes

Work Environment

• Outside most of the time.
• Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures
• Limited working surfaces
• Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors
• Exposure to areas with limited visibility
• Climbing up and down stairs and ladders to both get in and out of trenches and up to elevated platforms (scaffolding at significant heights)
• Lifting necessary equipment and materials 1-50 pounds, 50% of the time monthly for required tasks
• If driving is required, a valid driver's license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.

This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
