Job summary

Serve Electric, LLC seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead field crews on industrial projects across the U.S. The role involves traveling from the Sterling Heights branch and overseeing job sites nationwide, ensuring safety, schedules, and codes compliance.

The successful candidate will hold an active Journeyman or Master Electrician license, have foreman experience in electrical construction, and be based in the Detroit metro area with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Active State Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Experience as a Foreman or lead running crews in electrical construction.
• Comfort traveling about half the time.
• Based in metro Detroit.
• A safety-first mindset around live electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and mentor field crews on multiple job sites.
• Keep every job safe, on schedule, and up to code, including permits and inspections.
• Run quality and safety inspections and hold your crew to a high standard.
• Work with PMs on budgets, change orders, and customer updates.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment for your projects.
• Jump in on hands-on installation when the job needs it.
• Make sure everyone on your crew holds current safety certifications.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Are you a licensed electrician running crews as a foreman and ready to run bigger jobs? As a Superintendent at Serve Electric, you'll own field execution on industrial projects across the U.S. You'll have balance between working out of our branch here in Sterling Heights, and traveling all over the U.S. to different job sites.
