Job summary

Staffworks Group seeks an Electrical Superintendent with a data center focus to lead field electrical construction from rough-in to energization and commissioning. You will manage safety, schedule, manpower, and quality control on complex MV/LV electrical systems.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in electrical construction, experience with hyperscale data centers, and strong commissioning/utility coordination knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Experience on hyperscale data centers, healthcare, industrial, semiconductor, or large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning, utility coordination, and system startup.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical subcontractors and field crews.
• Coordinate MV/LV power distribution installation and energization.
• Oversee switchgear, transformers, generators, ATS, and UPS systems.
• Drive schedule performance and manpower planning.
• Lead QA/QC inspections and turnover documentation.
• Coordinate with MEP trades, commissioning teams, and owners.
• Enforce OSHA, NFPA 70E, and site-specific safety programs.

Electrical Superintendent | (Data Center Focus)

Role Overview

Leads all field electrical construction activities from rough-in through energization and commissioning. Responsible for safety, manpower, schedule adherence, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and turnover of complex electrical systems. This role is heavily involved in mission-critical infrastructure such as medium-voltage distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities
