The Role

As anElectrical Project Superintendent, you will oversee the technical operations of assigned projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery. You’ll lead site teams, coordinate closely with Project Engineers, and maintain the highest quality standards in luxury residential electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise General Foremen, Foremen, and Lead Men.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Oversee safe, efficient material handling and installation processes.
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, and manufacturer instructions.
• Maintain strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and clients.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Enforce company safety, conduct, and quality policies.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience:5+ years in electrical installations; supervisory experience in electrical or general construction preferred.
• Knowledge:Advanced electrical systems expertise, estimating, change orders, and project scheduling.
• Skills:Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Qualifications:High school diploma (trade school preferred), valid Class A driver’s license (or ability to obtain), CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
