Responsibilities

As a Construction Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for

• Overseeing all aspects of the electrical construction process, from planning to implementation.
• Ensuring all electrical work is completed in accordance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinating and supervising the activities of the electrical team, including training and mentoring staff.
• Conducting regular site inspections to assess the quality of work and identify potential issues.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to develop project plans and schedules.
• Managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA 30.
• Resolving any on-site issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining detailed records of all construction activities, including progress reports and safety incidents.
• Communicating regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for the Electrical Superintendent position, you must possess the following

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing electrical projects in data centers, mission critical, hospitals, and airport projects.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, team members, and other construction professionals.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.
• Certification in OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.
• The ability to manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
