Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to lead and coordinate electrical installations across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. You will supervise crews, manage subcontractors, and ensure on-time progress while upholding safety and code compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint reading, and organizational skills, with long hours on active job sites and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in electrical construction.
  • Previous supervisory, foreman, or superintendent-level experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Monitor jobsite safety and ensure adherence to required safety protocols.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to electrical crews.

Work Environment
  • Primarily based on active construction sites, with some office-based planning and reporting.
  • Requires site visits, long hours as needed, and coordination with multiple project stakeholders.
  • Must follow required safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
