Job summary

ITAC is seeking an Industrial Electrical Superintendent with at least 3 years of experience in managing industrial electrical systems. The role requires strong leadership skills to guide a team of professionals and ensure project success.

Ideal candidates will have experience in mentoring and will be expected to perform hands-on work as necessary. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000 yearly, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401k.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Superintendent.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience in mentoring Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously.
• Perform hands-on electrical work as needed.
• Assist in project planning and material ordering.

• Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software.

Salary: $100,000 to $115,000 yearly (Based on experience)
