Job summary

JeroTec Digital Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for data center construction projects in the Atlanta area. You will lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence on large-scale builds.

This full-time role requires deep electrical knowledge, experience on data centers or mission-critical facilities, and the ability to travel to major projects across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Superintendent or senior electrical construction professional.
• Experience on data center, mission-critical, semiconductor, healthcare or similarly complex projects.
• Willingness to travel or relocate for major projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction activities on large-scale data center projects.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors and field teams.
• Oversee installation of switchgear, UPS systems, generators and distribution systems.
• Work with Project Managers, MEP teams and commissioning personnel.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones and manpower requirements.
• Identify and resolve field coordination issues.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Support testing, energization and commissioning activities.
• Provide regular progress updates to project leadership.

Electrical Superintendent - Data Center Construction

Location: Atlanta, GA / Southeast US

Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 base + bonus & benefits

Sector: Data Centers / Mission Critical Construction

The Opportunity

We are looking to speak with experienced Electrical Superintendents with a background in data center, mission-critical or technically complex construction projects.

This opportunity is suited to an electrical construction professional who has experience leading field operations on large-scale projects and wants to work on major data center developments across the US.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for electrical field execution, subcontractor coordination, schedule performance, quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction activities on large-scale data center projects
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors and field teams
• Oversee installation of switchgear, UPS systems, generators, transformers and electrical distribution systems
• Work closely with Project Managers, MEP teams and commissioning personnel
• Monitor project schedules, milestones and manpower requirements
• Identify and resolve field coordination issues
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality
• Support testing, energization and commissioning activities
• Provide regular progress updates to project leadership

What We're Looking For

• Experience as an Electrical Superintendent, MEP Superintendent or senior electrical construction professional
• Strong electrical construction knowledge
• Experience on data center, mission-critical, semiconductor, healthcare or similarly complex projects
• Data center experience is highly desirable
• Experience managing subcontractors and field teams
• Knowledge of electrical distribution, generators, UPS and switchgear
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to travel or relocate for major projects where required
