Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day electrical construction activities on site.
  • Supervise electricians, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Plan labor, materials, equipment, and work sequencing.
  • Coordinate electrical installation with allied disciplines.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Monitor productivity, workmanship, and progress.
  • Identify field conflicts and resolve with project teams.
  • Manage installation of power distribution, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, grounding, lighting, and controls.
  • Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
  • Conduct daily briefings, safety meetings, and quality checks.
  • Enforce site safety procedures and electrical standards.
  • Maintain progress records, changes, labor, and field issues.
  • Communicate with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and clients.

We are seeking experienced Electrical Superintendents for current and upcoming construction opportunities across Atlanta and the wider Southeast. These positions may support data centers, advanced manufacturing facilities, industrial projects, commercial developments, or large-scale energy infrastructure.

This is aimed at field leaders who know how to organize crews, maintain standards, solve problems quickly, and keep complex electrical work moving safely and efficiently.

What you may be responsible for
  • Leading day-to-day electrical construction activities on site.
  • Supervising electricians, foremen, subcontractors, and specialist vendors.
  • Planning labor, materials, equipment, and work sequencing.
  • Coordinating electrical installation with mechanical, civil, structural, and controls teams.
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, schedules, and installation requirements.
  • Monitoring productivity, workmanship, and project progress.
  • Identifying field conflicts and working with project teams to resolve them.
  • Managing installation activities involving power distribution, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, grounding, lighting, and controls.
  • Supporting inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
  • Conducting daily briefings, safety meetings, and quality checks.
  • Enforcing site safety procedures and electrical standards.
  • Maintaining clear records of progress, changes, labor, and field issues.
  • Communicating with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and clients.

Qualifications

Location and travel

Opportunities will be centered around Atlanta, with some projects requiring travel across Georgia or the wider Southeast.

Candidates based in Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Decatur, Lawrenceville, or surrounding areas may be well suited.
